SensorPro is a market leading on-line survey and lead acquisition tool that is used by many of the world’s largest companies such as Pepsi, Tesco, Northwest Airlines and P&G. These clients use the design once, deploy any where functionality of SensorPro to be able to create surveys and lead acquisition and qualification forms that can be deployed:

• on web sites, microsites, landing pages (including ExactTarget’s custom landing pages), on-line newsletters or anywhere html can be rendered
• as Adobe Flash containers so it can be placed in newsletters, on web sites, in Facebook and other social networks or embedded into a banner ad or a rich media digital advertisement so that the advertisement can become a lead acquisition tool
• via a smart phone such as a Blackberry, iPhone, Treo or other smart phones that have a web browser
• embedded into email newsletters or appended to the bottom of blog posts

These surveys and lead acquisition forms give you the ability to gain significant insight and understanding of their customers, prospects, vendors and employees and then can use this information to provide more relevant and useful information via segmentation and targeting as a result of the integration between ExactTarget and SensorPro.

Because SensorPro has completely embraced the concept of cascading style sheets the surveys are able to rendered with the exact same look and feel as any of your corporate or brand web sites, microsites or landing pages.

Furthermore using the scorecard capabilities of SensorPro marketers are able to establish automated responses to surveys that meet certain pre-defined business rules, such as triggering a response from a customer service representative if a respondent has a unfavorable score to a survey.

Finally the reporting capabilities are extensive and allow the sharing of all survey results as either csv, xml or excel files. In addition SensorPro has created an extensive reporting suite using the Adobe Flex2 applications which allow the sharing of the reports to users who do not have access to the SensorPro applications or who are off line and not able to connect to the servers.
